Welcome!

I am a Boston based Senior IT Leader and Consultant with experience across multiple industries and IT disciplines.

Background

You might say I am a born an engineer. Science, engineering, computers, and technology in general is my passion. I have been building and experimenting with all kinds of technology for as long as I can remember. As a child, I constantly took everything apart to see how it worked; getting it back together was another story. My family’s reaction was one of incredulity; I realize now how lucky I was to survive!

As I grew, my focus narrowed to electronics and later to computer hardware/software. My programming lineage goes back to IBM’s Autocoder. Maintaining that passion after high school, I majored in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.

It was a magical time at Berkeley. Microprocessors were in their infancy, key luminaries were in residence (as well as future ones). It was during this time, my passion for solving real world problems with technology developed.

I take a “systems approach”, looking at the interplay between process, technology, strategy, and, of course, people. Factoring all this together, I focus on helping organizations identify the appropriate technology for their needs. I adept at getting solutions in place, integrating the solution into the organization, and positioning the solution for long-term value creation.

My professional journey has covered multiple industries. I have held senior corporate IT positions in global organizations and have experience consulting in various capacities.
